Originally from Narva, Estonia, I made Dublin, OH my home at the age of 18, where I graduated from Dublin Scioto High School. The entrepreneurial spirit led me to establish M&O Cleaning Cooperation at 23 years old while pursuing studies at Columbus State Community College. As my commitment to the business deepened, our services expanded, eventually rebranding to M&O Property Solutions. As the proud founder and CEO, I find great joy in watching the continual growth of M&O. Each new team member is not just an addition but a valued member of our family. Our emphasis on fostering relationships, both with clients and employees, creates a familial environment that defines us. In my free time, I cherish moments with my daughter, Avianna, my son, Mark, our dogs, horseback riding and tennis.
I grew up in the State of Mexico and moved to Columbus, OH, in 2000. As a child, I loved playing soccer in my hometown. I came to America seeking better opportunities in education, work, and family life which is what I have found. What I love about working for M&O Property Solutions is the diversity; no two days are the same, allowing me to work in different places and environments rather than in the same location with the same people every day. I get to wake up every day, excited for the workday and what it may entail which is very rare in today’s workplace. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, going to the shooting range, and spending time with my children.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I graduated from Westerville Central High School in 2010. I grew up involved in music and sports—splitting my time between the golf course and playing drums with my band.
After graduating, I took a summer job in landscape construction before college and quickly discovered a passion for the trades. Bringing clients’ ideas to life and seeing their excitement at the completion of a project is what has kept me in the industry for over 15 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, attending concerts with my beautiful wife, Taylor, and spending time with our two dogs, Mack and Ace. I’m committed to making every project as smooth as possible through clear communication and attention to detail.
I grew up in Powell, Ohio, where I developed an early passion for construction. I began working in the trades in high school, starting in residential remodeling and progressing through all phases of construction, eventually moving into high-end custom homes. Over the years, I’ve managed numerous construction companies and built a reputation for leadership, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Today, I’m grateful to work alongside an incredible team, delivering quality projects rooted in trust and experience.
Outside of work, I’m a competitive jiu-jitsu practitioner and enjoy spending time with my bullmastiff, maintaining balance through fitness, discipline, and personal growth.
From Dublin, Ohio, and I graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a degree in Business Administration. What I appreciate most about working at M&O is our exceptional company culture. I thrive in a goal-oriented environment that values collaboration and teamwork. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with friends and family, exploring new places, and playing with my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels!
